SERVICE.

1. SLA (Service Level Agreement)

By accessing DEMA DIGITAL ASIA's API infrastructure or Command Center Portal, the Enterprise is subject to an absolute operational guarantee of 99.99% uptime. Service degradation is only acknowledged through official DEMA Network Operations Center (NOC) releases.

2. Neural Model Usage

Use of our proprietary artificial intelligence model intellectual property (Private RAG) is strictly prohibited from Reverse Engineering. Predictive outputs from the AI are absolutely protected under institutional licensing.

3. Limitation of Liability

DEMA operates as an ecosystem orchestrator. Legal liability for managed system failures is confined by separate B2B contract layers and does not impose penalties exceeding the annual valuation of the service integration.
